No printing

PROBLEM: When a user sends a command to the printer and nothing prints.

SOLUTION: 

1. WRKWTR *ALL and write the beginning of the printer name (e.g. : XLAS)
2. Write 4 on the printer line and press F4
3. Choose *IMMED
4. ENTER

   Write wrkcfgsts *dev PRINTER.NAME (It is very important to make a space between each word. E.g. : wrkcfgsts_*dev_XLASCONT02)

5. Write 1 (START)

If the procedure above does not work, try the following steps:

1. WRKWTR *ALLand write the beginning of the printer name (e.g. : XLAS)
2. Write 4 on the printer line and press F4
3. Choose *IMMED
4. ENTER
5. Write wrkcfgsts *dev PRINTER.NAME (It is very important to make a space between each word. E.g. : wrkcfgsts_*dev_XLASCONT02)

6. Choose VARIED OFF (option 2)

7. Then choose VARIED ON (option 1)

8. WRKWTR *ALL and write the beginning of the printer name (e.g. : XLAS)

9. Write 1 (START)
