In order to provide protection against hackers, we use the services of Duo Mobile. This mobile application will allow you to approve or refuse connection attempts.
We use two-factor authentication with Duo to connect to the VPN and also for new connections to Microsoft applications, such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Firstly, you need to download the mobile application.
Once the application is installed, the IT Support department will send you a text message with a link. Tap the link and follow the next steps:
- Tap Open to be redirected to the mobile app.
- Leave the account name unchanged and tap Done, then Save.
Make sure to allow notifications so that the app works properly.
